Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed in-house.

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During major drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Any extended processing windows will always be communicated in advance.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once a package has been scanned by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider and are outside of our control.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import duties

  • taxes

  • any additional delivery charges

These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Transit times vary by country and customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is considered in transit.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.


Preorders & Special Releases

Items sold as preorder or made-to-order will include estimated production and shipping timelines in the product description.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, it may ship once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.
